Do Bulgarian Ski Resorts usually have ski boots for the wider calf?

Does anyone know of brands or what I should search for to find ski boots that tend to fit a wider foot and bigger calf. My shoe size is 11 (american) and wide with a big calf.

I sometimes find myself for work with a free weekend vaguely near a ski resort. But I wouldn't travel with clothing "just in case". I could drive up and rent skis + boots - but are there resorts (or hacks) to get suitable gear?
