Our Envision monitor only shows blue, but not the blue screen of death, just missing red and green. Can this be fixed, or do we need a new monitor? (About 5 years old, flat screen)

the screen is slightly green and the red is now blue to black in color. tried everything with adjustments on monitor and in the Nvidia settings, even downloading a new Nvidia driver for the color card. Is there any hope in fixing this?
