Hi, I sort of figured this out a while ago but I seemed to have forgotten, there are 10 cent stamps, for people I sent mail to in California. And if I want to send it to someone from another state it's 44 cents. And if I went to send it to someone in another country, it's 98 cents, is that right? So I'll need three 44 cent stamps (since it's all I have) to send it to someone from Quebec, Canada? Or is the 98 cents of stamps only overseas?
