This is to answer MeMe. I love Miami...it is great here but the only problem is that it is pretty expensive. I want more house for my money...I don't want to pay $1400 a month for a nice apartment that in any other place it would cost $800. In Miami a nice big house (2,500 sq ft. 3/2) costs about $450,000... i know i can find a bigger one in NC or TX for half the price. That is why Miami sucks. Also, there are a lot of jobs in TX.
