New sNews version

We released the brand new, single file sNews v1.3 BETA. It'll be in BETA while we test it enough to release it as stable. Now sNews has only one file with live administration through your design so you can see what you're editing online. sNews is well organised within it's structure, configuration variables at the top followed by website functions and administration functions. It's pretty easy to add custom functions with little knowledge of PHP. Anyway, we're working on some new features and the changes will only be in the snews.php file, not the MySQL database, so all you need to do is download your fresh copy of sNews.
