Updated Engine

Solucija is now powered with sNews v1.3 and the testing phaze will take maximum 5 days before we release it public. sNews has now evolved into a real mini-CMS software but with a single file. There are some cool new features that will come handy with developing any kind of site. The best part of it that the templates are changed easily, and you don't have to use all the functions that sNews provides. We did another design, but all of the previous designs will be available for download as well as translated sNews to many languages.
