Am I still allergic to shellfish if I can eat calamari?

I know there are lots of classifications for shellfish allergies. I can eat squid/ calamari with no issues. However, if I eat shrimp or lobster my lips/ throat swell up and get tingly. I haven't tried Oysters or Clams since my adult onset shellfish allergies...
