Can I still use electronic fuel injection if I get a supercharger?

I saw this http://www.trdsparks.com/displayparts.ph… and would install it to my 2008 Scion XB if it didn't use to much extra fuel. If I drive moderately will I get the same fuel economy as if I didn't install it?

They say you can buy fuel injection clearner or some sort of fuel system clearner but i'm not sure. One person said it might be too strong and hurt parts in the engine. Any recommendations or should i just wait to get the money and have it serviced by...
