Can you tell me what I need to do and get while travelling to Africa?

and i want to stay there when i get my passport so can i stay and miss flights or will i get and trouble or something cuz i look it up and it was like i have be there for like 6 months or something but please help me

Apparently the US embassy says that they are not issuing Honduran with any visas. Is this true? Do you know where I can find any info about this.
