How can I add free Copyright to my website?

When any client uses my photo or uploads it onto Facebook, I want my website link or Facebook Page link to appear in description section.

i have to make a website for a test in school, and in the test it says that i have to add a copyright. i added the C inside the circle with my name and 2012. is that all? Should i add something else to complete it or not?
