hi my friend's little girl has forgot her password on her notebook. I tried to change it the normal way but it wants me to get a password reset disc. i don't have one that will fit her computer because she has no CD or DVD drive she only has usb slots i am very new to all this computer digging and things lol. there is only one account on the notebook. i really need someone that can help me. because as i have said i am very new to this problem and not very good with any in depth computer stuff. thanks...
