contact already listed on desktop messenger but will not transfer over to mobile(all xferred but @hotmail.com's)

okay..i had emails in my account and i wanna ask hotmail to get em back is this possible ? and if it is i cant find any contact emails can anyone help me wit this plzzz

and not only that, but how do i change my name?
