How can I get tan quickly in the sun?

Hi! I am rather pale and I only burn and always have to wear sun cream. How can I get a bit of a tan - I am not saying a really brown tan just a little one so I am not as pale as I am. Suggestions?

I'm very pale & I really wanna add colour to my skin. I don't wanna go outside & tan because the place where I live gets very little sun. I also don't wanna use tanning beds because of cancer + my parents said no. I've heard of tanning lotion...
