How to get the NEW facebook chat back?

i downloaded the old facebook chat from this site http://techie-buzz.com/how-to/get-back-old-facebook-chat-remove-facebook-sidebar-chat.html it worked but now its like a virus that writes on everyones wall etc with links, but now theyve removed the thing i downloaded so i cant tell what it is, ive tried going on control panel but i cant find anything to do with downloading this, anyone help?
