How can I increase my eyesight?

Will your eyesight increase if you wear glasses wil your eyesight increase if you wear contact lenses

i have quite bad vision, i cant see far, at all lol. but if i take enough vitamins that help eyesight over a long period of time can i actually make it so i wont need glasses? or at least not as strong ones?

What helps and will give you great sharp eyesight. I think my eyes are strand and that's all but I would like to know more because you can never have too good of eyesight.

I have terrible eyesight....my eye doc said I would have higher chances of getting eye diseases later on in life. he said it was fairly obvious that i would since i had such bad eyesight. is this true?
