How can I treat dust mite bites?

I've been waking up with small circular insect like bites on my body periodically but I can't find any evidence of any bugs. I thought it was bed bugs but exterminator told me he didn't think so but sprayed anyway and I washed and cleaned all my belongings...

please tell me everything to prevent them. i have bites on my one arm and leg and they deff look like dust mite bites. also if you know how to tell the difference between bed bug bites and dust mite bites. thank you!
