How do I add a picture to my Signature?

I need step by step instructions on how to add a picture to my signature in my YMail account. I know to go to Options, More Options and then Signature and then to choose Rich Text. I have the photo I would like to attach to my signature in Photobucket...

I need to create a signature block in yahoo beta mail. I know where to add a type signature box in my mail options. When I in this section, it won't allow me to copy and paste a picture which is what my Signature block is-a logo.
