How do I contact Yahoo as I am unable to send any e-mails?

I have been having trouble with my e-mail I can't respond or send any emails and don't know what is the problem it was working fine and then for the last two days it won't do anything. I get e-mails but can't send them.Can anyone help.

This has happen several time today and last Thursday.. I need to know how to stop them from using my contact list to send email to ally my friends and business associates? Can you stop this?

I have several categories in my yahoo address book that have over 20 contacts. How can I send them in one email?

i had no control over it ? they did it,and i guess its just anther F##K up by yahoo ? they sent mails from my already sent emails folder indiscriminately to people in my contacts list ! some of which were extremely embarrasing to me !

every time I try to send emails it asks me to copy stupid crap codes into a box ...why? also how do we contact yahoo when the sign page to contact them does not recognise my birthday as 29/07/1950 come on why not make it impossible to contact them altogether...
