How do I get movies on an SD card?

I have an HD digital video camera with a memory card (SD card, I think it is called.) I want to save the videos on DVDs. How (where) do I get the videos from the SD card and have them put onto DVDs?

i have it installed on my phone i just dont know how to put it into my computer. i dont have a thing on my computer where u just put the memory card into. and im realllyyy confuseedddd

ok i have a new SD card, i got it the other day, has a few pictures and bout 2-3 short movies on it, i tried to get them on my computer and it said: you need to format removable disk in drive E: before you can use it what do i need to do??
