How do I get my computer out of safe mode?

ive been trying to get my computer in safe mode but it just wont i tried turning the computer off then the main power off then waited 30 secs..then turned it on and nothing happened i donno if im doing it wrong but its not working for me can sum1 help...

My computer comes on with a green screen and says it in safe mode. I have been asked if I want to start it in normal mode, but when I click that it still opens in safe mode.
