I have a REALLY congested nose and it's really bothering me whenever I go to sleep. My dad bought me nasal strips and arieus medicine, but that doesn't work. I have literally tried everything!!!! its frustrated me to the point where i CANNOT sleep at all.. I have even aksed my dad to let me get allergy shots, but he said no. Please help me!
