How do I get stationary when I write an e-mail?

When I write a new email, my font color is Red. How do I get it back to default to Black? It used to be Black but somehow it changed to Red and I can't figure out how to change it back. Thank you in advance for your help.

to get the address, i have to go to contacts, memorize the address and write it in. i am using yahoo classic and except for this problem, i like it better than the new one.
