How do I insert images into Yahoo mail?

That must not be an attachment which needs download etc etc, but the images should directly appear on the email along with your message once it is opened.

What I'm looking to do is add images to the body of an email where I want them. I do not want to attach an image or a thumbnail I want to use a full size image.

I don´t want to add this jpg file as attachment, I want it to show in the body of the message, but I can´t find the way...

In Outlook Express I can insert pictures/images and also add background sounds and when e-mail is received it opens showing picts. and playing midi I've inserted. Would like to do the same using yahoo e-mails. Anyone know how to accomplish this? THanks...
