How do I make my print size bigger with my printer?

when i get on certain sight so i print it but the words are so small on it i can hardly read it. how can i get the words in a larger print size ?

i trying to print photographs on printer but they all come of 3.5x5 size what can i do to cause the printing to cover the whole paper or make it bigger
