How do I post video to my blog?

I had in my HD the song with slide picture, how can I post into my blog?,some pics I copy and paste into my blog doesn't work, why?

Im trying to start a blog. So that I can post a video on it. Does neone know which site that I can do this on???

It never works for me cause I can see only the html after I post it. So maybe I am not doing it right. Maybe I don't`post it where it should be done...

I have tried millions of times and it does't work for me. I copy the embed text to the blog but nothing happens.

I'm pretty desperate for advice. So where do I paste the "Embed" code for the video I got from YouTube? In the text? Or what? Please help, I'm new to blogging! Thanks!
