How do I send a file in Yahoo mail?

Need to attach/send file approx 50MB in size to a gmail account. 25MB is max if using yahoo mail. Help explains, can attach up to 100MB using yahoo messenger if both are yahoo accounts. Well...what to do if the account to receive file is not a yahoo...
