How do I set up my outlook 2010 with yahoo mail?

I use yahoo mail. When i try to set up account in MS Outlook 2010 for receive and send email, it gives an error "pop not allowed for user". when i try to set up the account automatically, it gives same error. Please guide me to manually set...

I can access my e-mail account on the browser but when I try to access it using outlook, it fails. So I know is not a password issue. What are the settings for pop and smtp and ssl etc. when setting up outlook to retrieve my yahoo mail
