How do I set up my personal email through Outlook Express?

I bought a HP Net Book new in July and when prompted by Microsoft Outlook Expresss to set up my email for the first time i did it wrong. So now if i want to email a article from online to somebody i cant do it cause my emailon the Net Book isnt set up...
