How do i get rid of my attachments in my e-mail?

I can not get rid of the attachments

i tried going to add or remove programs but it does not show any thig about norton if it is yahoo i donot see it i donot want to dellet yahoo tool bar

I get a warning that they are clogging up the cpu

When I send an email with attachments, and want a printed copy of it, the attachments aren't listed on the printed copy - even though they are when I look at the email on screen.

I want to save the email but not the attachment, instead of replying to myself without the attachment - which is another huge waste of time...

Most of my Email attachments do not have any sound. I have checked my volume on the control panel and have checked my connections. I get sound with other programs on my computer, but not with the Emails.
