How do you block someone from sending you emails on hotmail?

I don't want that person to send me emails on hotmail. I've added him to the block sender list but still I recieve emails but I found them in Junk folder. I don't want to recieve any at all I want that sender to recieve an email telling him that an error...

ok ive had someone create more drama in my life that you can imagine. i just had to file a report on harassment. i know i can just delete the emails but how do i just block them from sending me emails on yahoo?
