How do you get a link from a picture?

i want to ask a question involving a link to a picture saved on my computer how can i put it in a link to post in my question ?

okayy soo i like can figure out how to get a link so people can see a picture of me on here.. can someone explain how to!! haha im not exactly the smartest person with computers :)
