How do you jailbreak your iPod touch version 3.1.3?

Hi. Is there a way to jailbreak iPod touch version 4.0.2 using jailbreakme.com? I upgraded to 4.0.2 from 4.0.1 before I knew about the jailbreakme site and now i cant use it because it says i need to downgrade. Also I havnt got a computer now because...

do i have to use jailbreak 2.0 or can i just use the regular jailbreak version that i used the first time (i had to unjailbreak to update)
