How do you become a Medical Examiner?

Hey I think being a Medical Examiner is really interesting and I love classes like Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, and Micro, and I can actually see myself doing this for a career. At the moment, I am going to school at a community college for nursing so I have something to fall back on if medical school doesn't accept me right away. Is this a good path? Or should I go another way to become a M.E? Thank you for reading and have a great day

Answer:

The only way to become an ME is to be an MD.Nursing is a not a step towards becoming a doctor.
