How to change the format of an email?

I logged on to a computer that would not let me access my emails without using the classic yahoo format, so I did in order to get my emails. Now I can't get the new format back help!

I am the moderator and don't want to send email announcements in the new Fully Featured format... how can I change all the users to the traditional format?

I want regular time instead of military time. Also, I'd like to change the time zone to central standard time. How do I change this?
