How to create a default layout for Myspace?

ive seen people with them and they're in the centre but i just cant get one! PLEASE HELP! i want 2 know how to add changes to it myself.

I need a layout with a black and white pattern or some black and white designs or somthing that is like that. I only want a default layout so i dont want a website like whateverlife.com or somthing like that i want a really layout site that dosent have...
