How to get rid of swelling and redness of my nose?

I keep having headaches around my eye area for the past week, but i get them a-lot anyway, But last night, i noticed a really bad pain like a migraine in my Nose, and it hasn't gone away untill today, i have taken some paracetamol And its still there...

how do i get rid of redness on my nose???? i've been using foundatin but i don't think that helps.. I've been having this redness on my nose for 2 years now.. is there anything i can take or something to put it to get rid of it?? :(
