How to sync video to an ipod classic?

I used Freemake and clicked on apple to convert the video. The video is about an hour long and It went to itunes. I am able to see the video clearly, but cannot sync it. Any help would be appreciated. :)

I bought a movie off itunes and when i go to put in on the iPod it says that this iPod cannot play it, when it should be able to.

I lost my cord. Apple has informed me that they no longer sell them anymore. Apparently, however, this version is very picky, and refuses to sync with any other cord. Does anyone know where I can buy a used cord, or a third party cord that will work...

I have a iPod and i want to sync some TV shows to it that i converted to MP4 Format(1600 kbps, Video Codec MPEG4). So I converted it and added it to iTunes library and then plugged in iPod to sync. It synced the first season but not the second season...
