Is constant crying normal for a 2-year-old?

I'm a 19 year old female and i've noticed that for the past year or two i'll have these times where i feel like crying, sometimes for a day, sometimes for several days or even just an hour or two and i feel like i can't control my emotions completely...

It's was such a stupid dream, i understand why i was crying but it's stupid. But is this normal? and does anyone know away to not dream?
