Is it possible to double major and get both a BFA and a BA?

this is assuming I would have the skill to even get INTO a MFA program, is having a BFA in acting a prerequisite, or is a BA okay? I am considering going to school in Europe and they do not offer any BFA programs for acting.

I'm going to college in 2 years and I'my trying to plan out everything. If i get a ba in business what jobs can I work at in order to start my dance studio?
