Is there any way to get the old settings for facebook back?

I can't get into facebook. It says that it doesn't recognize my computer even though I log in from it 20 times a day and it keeps sending me a code on my phone that I can't get, cause I'm outta minutes and won't be able to get them until tomorrow night...

I don't have a Facebook account and I never will, but someone posted an image of me on Facebook and they won't get rid of it no matter now many times I ask.
