Medical wikipedia encyclopedia?

I love Wikipedia.org but I want a more reliable free encyclopedia. I want the encyclopedia to be allowed to cited for college papers. I want the encyclopedia to feature Pop Culture, Psychology, Education, Law, and as vast or as close to as vast as wikipedia...

Wikipedia has a history of numerous documented cases involving censorship by its Administrators, instant publishing of anonymously submitted content, lack of accountability, and disrespect for expertise. Does that sound like an encyclopedia to you?

There's controversy as to whether or not Wikipedia is reliable due to the ways that information can be added to the site. This is not viewed by many as reliable. Are there any other online encyclopedia websites which don't have these issues of discrepancy...

i.e. if you type wikipedia in wikipedia you get information about wikipedia.

If I was to cite an encyclopedia in an annotated biography, would Wikipedia count as a real encyclopedia?
