My Msn won't let me send webcam requests?

it's telling me ive to plug in the webcam. what is wrong with this damn thing? lol

Please let me know anyway I can send webcam on msn to multiple people like I used to before. MSN suck now that it has discontinued this feature. Any idea guys?
