There are no .exe files in this PC game. How do I play it?

I got a new smartphone. I want to play Halo on it, and the game is in exe format and I have all the necessary files on my PC. My mobile will comfortably reads JAVA and may also read other formats. In this case how can I run the game on my phone?

I f I download a PC game(exe.) with the torrent and download its cracks can I play it without installing it from the CD?

I am copying a lot of my hard drive onto an external hard drive to transfer to a new computer coming on wednesday, and I was wondering if you can play a resource intensive game while doing that? Or will both slow to a crawl?

a ps3 "installs" the game to the hdd a lot like a pc,but you can download "patches" (exe) for pc games so you can play the games on the pc without the need of the original disc,is there anything like that for the ps3?so i don't have...
