What TV channels can I view in Quebec City without having to pay?

I'm a cheap student who wants a TV to watch CBC etc for hockey night in Canada, etc. Can't stress the cheap part enough.

I would like to know if there a way to get all the pay per view, movies and sports channels. Without having to pay a lot of money for it?
