What are some careers in the medical field without direct patient contact?

What are some careers in the medical field that have little-no patient contact? I would like good pay and I LOVE paperwork!!

I know that if placed in an emergency, life and death situation, I would panic. But I would love to focus on a career in the health care field and help others. Any suggestions?
