What are the best skateboard parts?

I am trying to get the best board that i can and i was wondering what kind of trucks, bearings, griptape, risers, and decks are the best, so can someone help me???

Well I have a Element deck but my wheels and trucks are ccs and there crappy Im looking for wheels and trucks that would go best on riding on side walks because i ride it to school and the side walks are bumpy and cracked and i cant get and speed.

i would like to assemble a skateboard, im not shure what are the good brands out there if you can, post what brand is the best for a particular part (your opinion)

I've got - deck - wheels - grip tape - trucks what other parts do you need to have for a skateboard?

What kind of Decks hold up well, what are good trucks that wont get screwed up, what are wheels that wont get damaged, what bearings should i get, what griptape wont peel off and what is good hardware?

I've started skating long ago and I'm still learning the basic ollie. I'd like like to try a much lighter skateboard than the one I have. Anybody know?
