I've just watched Coppelion. Was curious about the manga, and according to the Wikipedia page... it is still going on? Apparently it has nearly 200 chapters, so I guess that the anime doesn't cover a large portion of the story. I don't know if there will be further anime adaptations (will there?), but right now I'm more interested in knowing how does the current anime portion differ from its manga counterpart. How faithful is the anime, so far?
