I am trying to find out if there is a way more secure than a credit card to make buyer/seller transactions between parties in 2 different countries? I would be selling, or exporting products, to buyers in other countries. From what i understand the fraud rate is higher when you do commerce outside the USA. I am going to use EBay Germany or EBay U.K. thanks
