What do i do to get a sponsor for an Airsoft team?

My airsoft team and I are looking for a airsoft sponsor. what is a good place to get sponsor by. were out of long beach or bellflower.

Does anyone know of anyone who would want to sponsor a paintball team? The paintball facility they use is having an International tournament and this would be outstanding exposure (marketing) for any company wishing to sponsor the team.
