What do people think of surrealist art?

My Art I'm trying to sell on Ebay does'nt get much responce. But when I lived in L.A. I sold alot of my Art. And when I lived in Florida I sold alot of my work as well. What do you think is wrong? could it just be the economy?

What benefits do you think people derive from watching performances or visiting art exhibitions? what is the value of watching artistic performance or art for children's development? Do boys and girls have the same feelings about performance? Thanks...

When I look at my 4 year-old's artwork, I say to myself "Of course, abstract expressionism (or whatever)." What did people think of children's colourful scribblings in past centuries when there were no such genres to compare it with.
